First weekend of Games

It was a wet start to the season but all the players who got to play before the rain set in seemed to have a great time. Hopefully everyone recieved the Text that some games had to be canceled before they came to to the fields. If you haven't signed up yet, go to the last post on Page 2 and follow the link. Thank you to all the players, parents, and volunteeers that braved the weather to participate in the first weekend of the Spring '13. Hopefully, next weekend will be a bit warmer and dryer.

Current Opportunities to Get Involved

There are several opportunities on our Board of Directors for anyone interested in becoming more involved. You will be trained, supported and guided if you will just take the first step and contact me, Davis Swaim. If you would like more more information about any of these positions call 458-0628.
Communication Secretary
Concessions Coordinator
Fields & Equipment Manager
Sponsorship Coordinator
Volunteer Coordinator
Division Commissioners for U12 Coed, U10 Girls, and U10 Boys

Each of these positions require a different skill set and varying amounts of time. We want to continue to offer a quality program to all the youth of our community but this can only be accomplished if we have some additional faces. If you and your child are benefiting from being in AYSO, please consider helping. If everyone does a little, no one has to do a lot.

Uniforms

Always bring both uniforms to game day. There are 2 reasons for this request. Firste, there may have been a misunderstanding of your teams colors for that particular day. Second, in the event either team is short players due to illness or other such reasons, sharing players is encouraged because we do want the players to play.
